Celebrate with us on the 19th Annual National Day of the Cowboy, Saturday July 22, 2023. The DCWM will mark National Day of the Cowboy with a family activity until 1:30 p.m. Start the day with a “Buckaroo Passport.” We will have eight centers for visitors to explore and be given a sticker for their passport. Also make time to check out the the Museum Store or Ranch Dressing to browse and shop for anything Western your home might need!
The eight “Centers” are:
• Meet a cowboy
• Meet a cowgirl
• Sit in a saddle
• “Out on the Ranch” scavenger hunt
• Hear cowboy music
• Taste old-time penny candy
• Dress-up center photo ops
• Western-themed craft
